So I go to a school where you have to have a uniform.

So, today was one of those days where you could wear what ever cloths you wanted for the day.

And wouldent you know it. Bull shit, I counted like 20 or more people, just in grade 10 and 11 wearing a god damn Iron maiden t-shirt. Some of wich donteven listen to the band.

Oh well, I can saftley say I dident wear one. Mostly because I dont like maiden that much, or own a shirt.

This is what I wore.

everyone knows that your true worth as a human being is in direct relation to what clothes you wear.

these 20 or more people will pay for what they have done.

It kinda reminds me of a few girls in my school who walk around wearing a Lynyrd Skynyrd shirt they bought from Wal-Mart and I remember I went up to one of them and said "Hey cool you're a Skynyrd fan I assume?" and she says "Sky-what? What's that?!" so I said "Well you're wearing a Lynyrd Skynyrd shirt so I assumed you were a fan of them..." and she says "Ohhh I just bought it cuz it has a skull on it".

Another thing kinda happened like that with a kid in a Hendrix shirt who said he didn't know who Jimi was and just wears it cuz it was his dad and thought it was a cool looking shirt

^ Well, to be fair, I wouldn't be caught dead in a Skynard T-shirt.
As for me, on a non-uniform day I would probably wear Futurama or Voltron.
But, my school doesn't have uniforms,so...

            Oh yeah?

On the flip side of this... I bought a shirt that said Sky on it with clouds and stuff and some guy thought it was a band shirt. Uh, no, just the sky.

Any idiot who wears a band shirt and don't listen to the band don't deserve to wear the shirt. Fucking scene kids, only wearing shirts because they have skulls or whatever on them.

I remember in my school all the kids dressed exactly the same then cried when the school uniform became compulsory. Oh the irony.

I remember when everyone wore Guns n Roses and Motley Crue shirts to school. I wore Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, Death, Suffocation and other death/thrash metal band shirts.

By the way: Sacred Reich rules! That's an awesome shirt, Kyle.

I'm very lucky that I never had to wear a uniform in my school years. Most of my shirts were rather generic, but more often than not during my school, I was attired in a sweater or sweatshirt and my late dad's fireman jacket. In 12th grade, I wore that look all the way into April. I would also occasionally wear a denim jacket with various band buttons on it. I revived that look with another jacket several years back.

I do have to wear a uniform, after a fashion (forgive the pun), at work, but as the weather is getting colder, I'm once again wearing sweatshirts and sweaters of various sorts, and thankfully, no managers are objecting...Yet.

I'm glad that I didn't have to wear a uniform in school. I would have hated that so much! That's one good thing about Sweden: Few schools over here, if any, have a school uniform policy. I feel so sorry for the kids in the UK, Australia and Japan, where even the public schools have such policies.

Never had to wear an uniform to school. At my cousin's school, all the kids wear Hollister, Abercrombie, American Eagle and random surf gear (Hurley, Billabong etc). That's all I see.

I wouldn't mind if my school board decided that we should wear uniforms. But it will never happen. Wearing the coolest clothes (They call this "being yourself") is the most important thing to kids my age; and if they lose the "right" to do so, they'll kill themselves.

That's exactly why there should be school uniforms.
