funguy10 Posted 7 years 6 months ago
I know Urkel was pretty much the star of the show but my favorite character had to be Waldo Faldo because he was just so stupid sometimes!
ThatOneGuySkittles Posted 8 years 11 months ago
It was a great show... until they just went overboard with Urkel's experiments

Still a classic though
memboy12 Posted 9 years 20 days ago

Steve Urkel Is One Of The Greatest Nerds In Television History!
JaKKeBrOwN Posted 9 years 3 months ago
This Is One Of My Favorite Show As A Kid Growing Up Expecially Steve Urkel. He was Like the Funniest On the Show. Yeah Like BlueDragon87 Said One of the Girls From the Show Was On Oprah. And She Became A Porn Star Cause Her Mommy Didn't Have The Money To Contienue On Paying for Her Manager.. Said But True. It's Intresting that When You Grow Up on these Show's. And Look' At them I don't know Ten To Twenty Year's Later They Either On Drug's. Or Becomming A Pornstar Or something. Sad Sad And Sad.

Pure Awesomness!
Phantasmagoria_3D Posted 10 years 10 months ago
Probably THE best sitcom ever made! I remember watching this every Friday night on TGIF (a program that consisted of various sitcoms on ABC). Of course, I also watched re-runs on TBS and Nickelodeon. The content never gets old. I've always enjoyed the funny antics of Steve Urkel. I like how he always pisses off Carl. It's so hilarious! I'm surprised it's not out on DVD yet.
maxgoof18 Posted 10 years 11 months ago
this was errones fav t.v show..hated wen it ended...still watch the laura winslow!!
nutriabat Posted 10 years 11 months ago
I got addicted to this show when I didn't have cable and the local Fox affiliate was running it back-to-back at 5:00pm. I hated it at first, but soon I was eagerly anticipating the next Urkel invention. Did I do that?
grindcore fan Posted 11 years 1 month ago
I liked it when I was younger.
BunnyHead Posted 11 years 1 month ago
This is my show!

I run home just to catch it on Nick and Nite because it is soo good. I agree the show didnt reach it's best until Urkel came along and yes I'm a big Steve Urkel fan lol.
CGxSMASH Posted 11 years 1 month ago
GOD i loved this show.
the theme song was my absolute favorite. i was just singing it yesterday lol
gustogummi Posted 11 years 3 months ago
Agrees with the last comment.
dabestestmama Posted 11 years 4 months ago
another completely unrealistic show. thumbs down!!
TheOutlaw Posted 11 years 4 months ago
Judy disappeared midway through the show, with no explanation. Character wise, she was another victim of Chuck Cunningham syndrome

Real life wise, she was the victim of a parent acting as manager. Always a recipe for disaster.
square eyed spaz Posted 11 years 5 months ago
WOW I had no idea this show was a spinoff... I used to watch it just to see Steve Erkel or however you spell it... I got over the show a few years in because his voice started to shit me... In my opinion the show jumped the shark when he invented that machine to make him suave... ridiculous! but still way better than Step by Step.
bre_bre Posted 11 years 5 months ago
this my show right here
Jus Cuzz Posted 11 years 5 months ago
i was in this show two time i think that it is one of the best
jayjaylenhenson7 Posted 11 years 7 months ago
Little Judy Winslow is now an adult porn star, she goes by the name Crave. Google her real name to find out more( Jaime Foxworth ) She turned out to be really sexy.
charizardtrainer Posted 11 years 8 months ago
Hey Road geek Family Matters is moving to Nick at Nite since ABC Family stopped airing it they sold it to Nick at Nite
Roadgeek Posted 11 years 8 months ago
This is one of the first sitcoms I ever watched and I still enjoy reruns of it, when available. Urkel rules!
Furienna Posted 12 years 27 days ago
They shouldn't have gotten rid of poor Judy, and they shouldn't have had Steve end up with Laura. But otherwise, this was a good show. I loved Steve, until the last season.
Captain Howdy Posted 12 years 1 month ago
Urkel was a carefully orchestrated tool sent by "The Man" to set race relations back considerably. I saw it in some movie about Macy Gray with porkchop sideburns.
serenityrain Posted 12 years 1 month ago
got any cheeeessseeee.........
i so loved urcle he was like my fave i dont understand why lura never gave him a chance yeah he was a geek but he was a cute geek.... i loved the show i never missed TGIF line up i wish it were still on then i would acually watch tv again...
JohnnyVega Posted 12 years 2 months ago
I saw the Winslows as a working-class version of the Cosbys. Watching this, I felt as though it was an actual family and not a TV one. This all changed when Steve Urkel, meant to be a one-off character, became the show's primary focus. He was endearing initially, but then they started giving him all of these wacky inventions like the Urkbot and that stupid alter ego Stefan Urquelle.
pokeeto2 Posted 12 years 3 months ago
Whoa, I think I saw every episode. I would saw ths was one of the best TV shows ever aired. I'm 20 now so I began watching this around 1992 until it stopped airing. Though, I never remembered the 2nd Intro. Overall, I really miss the show. TV has lost it's touch after 2001.
pearljamownzyou Posted 12 years 4 months ago
They should've did a death storyline with Judy so they could've written off that character. And what about Aunt Rachel? They never really wrote her off, they just had her come back for an episode every now and then. I mean couldn't they explain that she left for business or something or that she went psycho and torched Rachel's Place and got thrown in jail for arson?
Eureeka Posted 12 years 6 months ago
I like the Christmas ep where Steve still believes in Santa Claus, and in the end he proved to everyone that there was a Santa in the most touching way (it was too sweet)
TV1985 Posted 12 years 6 months ago
I remember that I saw Steve Urkel (Jaleel White) as a special guest contestant on Family Double Dare when reruns of Family Double Dare aired on Nickelodeon G.a.S.
fred4190 Posted 12 years 6 months ago
This was an awesome show. I miss watching it.
mrbumpy Posted 12 years 6 months ago
One of the best tvshows ever.Funny and Beautiful at the same time.Oh, and the Crithsmas episodes were wonderful.
italiandom72291 Posted 12 years 6 months ago

animefan123 Posted 12 years 7 months ago

luvya525 Posted 12 years 8 months ago

animefan123 Posted 12 years 10 months ago
I never real thought hot erkel was hot. lol. anyways erkel was always my favorite. But sometimes his lines that are always the same get old
runnybabbit Posted 12 years 10 months ago
i watched this show a bunch. there was a wierd episode that erkel made a chemical that turned him hot. that totally didnt fit with it all...good show tho
ooliyo Posted 13 years 26 days ago
the first couple seasons or so were the best, im sure most people would agree. The episodes started getting too goofy with too much of that Urkel dude and those rediculous inventions.

When they air the ruruns they air the first episode so rarely. did anyone actually ever see the very first episode? It's really good. Compare thet fist episode to the last and see how alful the series evolved.
Matli Posted 13 years 1 month ago
I HATE URKEL!!! But the show is nice...;p
Dominic_1981 Posted 13 years 1 month ago
I remember watching that show
diamondgirl360 Posted 13 years 2 months ago
I LOVE THIS SHOW ,urkel ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Roadgeek Posted 13 years 5 months ago
One of my favorites. I actually remember watching it occasionally back in the mid '90s when it was still coming on. "Did I do that?"
freakazoid Posted 13 years 5 months ago
lol, thats funny
freakazoid Posted 13 years 5 months ago
I still watch this show, an hour a day... Its kinda sad...
freakazoid Posted 13 years 5 months ago
Thats awsome... i never would have guessed HE played sonic...well it was an anoying voice... so i guess i could beleive that
mr3urious Posted 13 years 10 months ago
I also liked the episode when Steve, Waldo, and Eddie were on an apartment balcony during a party, and the balcony loosened up and they were struggling to get back into the building, and the episode when Steve and Carl traveled back in time with Steve's portable time machine.
Moonxtal Posted 13 years 10 months ago
It was ok, I watched it, but in the last couple seasons, where Urkell would change back and fourth between Stephan, that was just too corny for me. I remember when Laura and Steve went out and Laura was laying down the rules of no touching or kissing or holding hands and such and Steve was like, "but what if you trip?" and she replied "then just let me fall." That cracked me up!
takineko Posted 13 years 10 months ago
Yay Urkel! He was Sonic the Hedgehog ya know? XD
fullhouselover1 Posted 13 years 10 months ago
fullhouselover1 Posted 13 years 11 months ago
Can anyone add the closing credits?
AdamYJ Posted 14 years 19 days ago
Steve Urkel just came in and took that show over, huh. Can't say it was a bad thing, really. Family Matters didn't seem like anything really special to me until he showed up. It was kind of an average family sitcom.

But that Urkel phenomenon. That was something.

There was the dance, the dolls, the breakfast cereal. I'm surprised ABC didn't put out an Urkel Saturday morning cartoon. They could have still gotten away with it in the early '90s (the late '80s gave us Punky Brewster and ALF cartoons after all). Him and his crazy inventions might have been a better fit on Saturday morning anyway.
fullhouselover1 Posted 14 years 22 days ago
I wish I could see the closing theme song though.
90sKid Posted 14 years 1 month ago

browneyedgirl Posted 14 years 2 months ago
I remember EVERYONE cool at school watched this show, I was never a fan though.
Toonhead83 Posted 14 years 2 months ago
And on ABC Family. The show was solid for a while. The Bruce juice episode was funny.
mr3urious Posted 14 years 2 months ago
They still show it on KASW here in Phoenix.
SSJ Jup81 Posted 14 years 2 months ago
This show was fine until it became "The Steve Urkel" show. -_-;
G UNIT Posted 14 years 3 months ago
They should've made a spinoff with Eddie, Waldo, and Urkel..that would've been dope.
I loved the episode when Eddie and Urkel move into an apartment and everytime the train would pass by they had to get out their umbrellas..ha ha.
I think I still remember the Urkel dance...but I'm not sure, lol.
My favorito episode though is when Waldo went out on a date with Maxine and everybody was on the phone talking about it. I remember Maxine slipped in a puddle or something and Waldo sat down in the puddle so they could match..ha ha ha that was sooo sweet!
G UNIT Posted 14 years 4 months ago
waldo was hilarious...and yeah when the show moved to CBS it got lame
Trashley Posted 14 years 5 months ago
Hah Urkel. Such a pop culture icon.
coffy78 Posted 14 years 5 months ago
I hate this show. Always hated it. It was too lame and corny.
Hjfriends10 Posted 14 years 5 months ago
I love this show so much. I think it's really funny how Jaleel plays a dorky nerd when he turns out to be a gorgous stud when he grows up. I love him!!! I'm glad they still play this show. I hope they never stop playing this show
robmon300 Posted 14 years 5 months ago
