Ygor again brings the Frankenstein monster back to life however he must turn to Henry Frankenstein;s 2nd son, Ludwig, to keep the Monster long enough for Ygor's plan, Ludwig plans to replace the Monster's brain with the brain of colleague who was murdere however Ygor intends to get his brain inside the Monster's body to more powerful then ever before. The is the last of the Universal Frankenstein solo film appearances however he would appear in many crossover films with the other Universal Monsters and the comedy duo Abbott and Costello.
