A Californian family inherits a castle in Romania. This is especially exciting to their son Hunter who has a fascination with monsters. One night he finally does find a monster in the castle, in the form of his sister Jordan that has become a werewolf after being exposed to a vial of blood that once belonged to their great uncle. Afterwards Hunter learns that he is the person in line to take down the werewolf and save the castle from a family of vampires just like his great uncle had tried in the past.
