The Van Houtens, Les (Gene Zerna) and his wife (Laura Albert) are having a marital crisis. In despair, Les turns to the mysterious Dr. Caligari (Madeleine Reynal) for assistance. Caligari has some interesting ways of dealing with her patients, much to the chagrin of her fellow staff members. Now a way has to be found to stop her.
