Based on the classic children's song of the same name, this series follows the adventures of a big pink elephant: the titular Nellie. One night, she hears the head of the herd calling to her from far, far away. Tired of performing in the circus & longing for home, Nellie packs her trunk & begins the journey back to her herd. Each episode chronicles the adventures of Nellie as she takes trains, planes, ships, and rockets to get back to her family in the jungle. She meets endearing characters along the way.
