A live action/animated musical fantasy film..set in WWII era America..where a meek,put upon bookkeeper and henpecked husband..becomes a fish and helps the US Navy win it's fight against The Nazis. Don Knotts played the title role. The film also featured:Carol Cook,Jack Weston,Andrew Duggan,the voices of Paul Frees and Elizabeth Allen and in his last performance:Larry Keating.
