When college student Jake Lo (Brandon Lee) witnesses a murder by the Chicago mob, Jake is stuck between two fuding Drug Lords, one who wants him dead. After being betrayed by the FBI, he teams up with a local single-minded Chicago cop (Powers Boothe) who reminds him of his deceased father. It's up to Jake Lo to fight for his life, and learn about his father's past before the mafia gets him.
