Cam Clarke voiced Leonardo and Rocksteady not Michaelangelo. Mickey was voiced by Townsend Coleman.

Im surprised nobody put the person I'm going to pick.

Paul Winchell, the late great voice actor who did the voice of Tigger, one that is always in my mind as a kid and he also did Aristocats, The Fox and The Hound, hell, he even did a guest voice on Garfield and Friends, he was just the best, DA MAN!!!

It's not really retro, but Matt Chapman is awesome. He does most of the character voices on homestarrunner.com. He's probably the best non-professional voice actor I've ever heard. All those voices are so distinctive.

I'll go with Mel Blanc and Billy West, with a big friendly honorable mention to Mickey Dolenz, who did the voices for Fang Face and the world's ugliest dog, Yuck.
