I'm entertaining the idea of selling off my GI Joe collection. It's all stuff I've had since I was a kid. Action figures and vehicles. I'm just wondering if I should try to sell it in one big lot or break it up into individual items. I really don't want to do all the work of listing a hundred different items, but if they'll sell better than way then I would. I'm still not sure if I'm going to do this for sure, just getting some advice from the pro's at Retro Junk.

I'd break it up into groups. 5-10 guys per lot, aircraft in one lot, trucks/jeeps in another. Tanks/HISS/Artillary in a 3rd.
Plus, you if you have less desired figures/vehicles, you don't get stuck with no bids, as someone will bid the lot to get the one item they want.

    My 2 cents.

What he said. Selling the lot as a whole will most likely not bring in as much money, but at the same time, listing each item is a PITA. Breaking it in to smaller lots is also the way I'd go.

I would be interested in some Joe stuff as well, send me an email if your interested. You would get better money selling everything individually, providing the figures and vehicles were complete. If there not, i would divide them in smaller lots (by year and faction).
