    		 There was a woman who was a voodoo lady. She was the mistress of a married man whom she wanted to have for her own. So she caused him to die. When he came back to her, he was all chopped up because he forgot to tell her about his organ donor card.

    Does anybody remember this and, if so, do you know the title of the story? Thanks.
