What are some things that make you feel stressed-out?

My laptop. It's been pretty slow this morning. I had to reboot it twice.

    - Not being able to find a 'real' job. I've been trying for years without any luck. 'Freelance computer repair' is not paying the bills. At all.

My laptop is doing fine this morning.

    *Sighs with relief.*

I got rid of most of those pictures I downloaded and I did the "Disc Cleanup" thing.

The ones I've been posting on Retrodaze. I downloaded too many and they've been slowing down my computer. I had to get rid of them.

and not being able to find a job.

    I know that feeling.

And vkimo, did you just say "Pray tell" to me? Because that reminds me of something Carlton said to Will on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

(Cartlon dances, then Will walks into the room.)

Will: Carlton? What's wrong, man. Are you having a Maalox moment?

Carlton: I'm practicing for Soul Train. I understand there's some dancing involved.

    (Carlton dances again.)

    Will: Two things, Carlton.

One: That's not dancing. And two: I would appreciate it if you'd stay away from the show.

Carlton: And why, pray tell, is that?

    Will: Again two things, Carlton.

One: Because you say stuff like "pray tell." And two: you're gonna mess up my chances of being the new co-host.

It really boggles my mind that there aren't massive pileups and deaths everyday with all of the idiots out there behind the wheel and inattentive pedestrians; especially in urban environments.

Every time you drive, it's like a massive liability waiting to happen, but hey, you gotta live

When something doesn't work the way its supposed to.

I ran into these wore case nightmare scenarios when I used to do computer work. I have a hobby on the side doing A/C work now. Well I went to add some R22 freon to my friends A/C and the valve started leaking. There was no way I could stop it and wasted $100 of it into the atmosphere. On my own A/C unit I installed something called a 521 compressor saver. It's a capacitor that give the compressor a boost on startup which is supposed to put less stress on it. Well it worked fine for a day and then my UPS started switching to battery when the A/C would start. Then the A/C stopped working. The compressor overheated, the run/start capacitor I had just replaced burned out and the so called compressor saver exploded all over the electrical box. So I pulled it off and replaced the start capacitor. It was hook up correctly and HVAC tech swear by them. There is no reason why that should have happened.

Talk about stress. I guess I'm getting out of A/C work for the same reason I did computers
