    The best period for cartoons and Tv shows would be the 90's I think, well at least that's the period of time when I saw most of the greatest shows on tv.

    I remember watching Hercules: the Legendary Journeys every night on tv, after diner my mum would call me to watch itand she used to watch it with me most of the time, that was truly awesome! Same was with Xena, Warrior Princess and The New Adventure of Robin Hood, now those where great shows of the 90's i always used to watch!!

    I'm trying to find all teh episodes of The New Adventures of Robin Hood on the internet I saw a dvd of season 1 somewhere availabe in teh USA or something, but i wanna try to download them all cause I dont think it will be very likely they come out here. Anyone here who knows where I can find it? and help me out..?

    Tell me what your fav. show was;
    Hercules: The Legendary Journeys
    Xena Warrior Princess or
    The New Adventure of Robin Hood

    Let me know, I'm cusrious about all your answers

    I don't know how many fans it has on Retrojunk, but I loved The Adventures of Briscoe County, Jr. I hated it when Fox cancelled it. It was a popular show just not with the Nielsons.

    Sorry kiddie, you see....there was once this wonderful decade known as the 80's.

    And it's tv was truly spectacular, from a guy who could make a nuclear bomb with duct tape & a swiss army knife....to jet-boost assisted top secret helicopters.....to gadget laden talking cars....to a brand new Galaxy Class USS Enterprise & crew.....the 80's HAD IT ALL.

    Sorry to disappoint young one, but tv has been all downhill from then.

    80s TV wasn't all that. A lot of the shows are just painful to watch today. We liked them because we knew no different. MacGyver is a joke today.

    I see what you're saying, and I agree that we're from a different generation but; these younger folks really have it awful today.

    The Reality TV of today has killed all good fictional thought after about 1997...(if their really ever was any to begin with).

    I used to love watching Parker Lewis!!! It was such a fun, lighthearted show.

    As for 80s shows, some I can still watch. I like MacGyver too., even if it is beyond incomprehensible, how the dude could probably build an interdimensional portal that can not only take you to alternate dimensions, but also allow one to time travel as a bonus out of a milk carton, a rubber band, a paper clip, and a pair of AAA batteries.
