I was a good idea so I thought I'd steal it.

Either "Quantum Leaping" in yourself or you now being able to go back to one year or even a few years in the 1980's when would you go to?

For me '84-'88 a lot of cool stuff was out during that time. (toys, music, movies, etc.)

Since the 1980's was my favorite decade, it's hard to pick just one year!

Easy. 1985 and 1989. I'd pick up two copies of every single He-man and She-ra toy (they'd be mint in the box, of course) keeping one for my own collection and one to sell. Then, I'd go to 1989 to relive the Batman craze. I'd pick up all sorts of Batman things that I remember having, like the figures and vehicles and comic books. I'd also get a bunch of the stuff that I never got the chance to get. I'd love to see that and Ghostbusters 2 in the theaters again. Then maybe a quick stop off in 1987 so I could see Masters Of The Universe on the big screen again.

I'll start at 1 year before my birth in 1980! then I can See How well arcades progressed, record TV shows from their Org. broadcast. And see how people really were in those days! As much as I'd like to quantum leap to correct my wrong paths I'll just hit up a delorean and go from there!!

Why go back and invest in the stock market or make it rich betting on sports when you can buy action figures?

Maybe 1985 in order to save my younger self from a nasty 2nd degree burn I suffered; not that I haven't got over it but just for the fun of it.

Also collect a ton of Hong Kong action flicks staring Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Sammo Hueng, Jet Li and Andy Lau.

If I had to pick a year in my life, it would be 1989.

If I could pick a time period I'd say '80 to '85. I'd love to be at that Santa Monica Black Flag show from '83 where they had Chavo and Dez do sets leading the band before Henry Rollins took the stage. My investment would be going to Japan to get the first CD pressings of the Beatles' Abbey Road and Pink Floyd's Meddle and Dark Side of the Moon Toshiba put out in 1983.

Got into a brawl on a boy scout campout (won-I just miss that feeling), came back, won 20.00 on Superbowl 20. (only time I really ever gambled.) and finally *drum roll* Lost my virganity 3 days later.

1987, because that's the year of my birth and that it is so important to me.

1987....first kiss, first real boyfriend, last year of being a kid, first year I was allowed to stay home alone and first year I could babysit for some cash! I saw my first r rated movie this year, I went to my first teen dance club even though I was 12! I would love to relive these moments!

If I get to stay my same age and travel I'd say 1980 bring it! But if your talking about adolescence all over again nah I'm happy with the 80's nothing I'd really change so I'll stick with my memories
