If anybody likes all of these disney cartoons on dvd, please buy it. I want them to put the rest of these disney cartoons on dvd. You could buy any of these disney cartoon dvds for a good price. I want to see Gummi Bears Volume 2, Duck Tales Volume 4, Chip n Dale Volume 3, Talespin Volume 3 and Darkwing Duck Volume 3.

    Thank You

Sadly I don't think it's that easy that if all of a sudden people bought the DVDs, Disney would just release the rest of the series in sets. Plus we're talking A LOT more people than what on this fourm to buy them .

But as for myself, I would LOVE just LOVE to have the rest of Darkwing Duck on DVD. I have the first two volumes and those look to be the only two volumes right now. Plus is it really so hard to included some sort of bonus feature, I mean for Pete's sake man. All I'm asking for is perhaps a 5-10 min interview with Jim Cummings on voicing Darkwing and Negaduck and the few other characters he voiced. It's not like it should be that hard, the man STILL works for Disney providing the voices of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Mickey's rival Pete. Not to mention he was Ray the lighting bug on the ever successful Princess and the Frog. I would be happy with just that, that's all I'm asking.

I have just recently bought Volume One of Chip N' Dale: Rescue Rangers, and I love it. But What I truly desire is the Darkwing Duck Volumes! Curse you Old_school_JJ, I desire those volumes!! But seriously, I agree that they should add SOME kind of a special feature in the Volumes.

I agree very much so, I am still pulling to see Disney finish releasing their Disney Afternoon sets, but I've already bought them all, and have no need to purchase more than one of each. We also need Gargoyles Season 2 Volume 2 but they confirmed a no to it, due to low sales on the last set. So that's another one not completed.

WB confirmed that there would be no others released after the 'Wait Til Your Father Gets Home' season 1 set, because of low sales, which makes me sad since one of my favorites eps of that cartoon is in the second season. All DVD sets depend on their fan bases of the shows for future releases. If companies find not enough people are buying or take interest in them, they won't want to take the time or money into producing them.

Special features would be awesome, but I'm just glad to see these sets getting released at all. What I really dislike is how the DVDs contain the little edits.

I'll be kicking back and enjoying some Darkwing Duck (waves DVDs at somedude_V3's face) Just kidding pal,

I'm with you as well chrisno51, though I would LOVE some sort of bonus feature, just getting the rest would be good enough.

Now here's one more comment I must address...

Actually I don't have a problem with the way Disney releases their DVDs. Sure it's a shame they aren't going to release the rest of Darkwing Duck, Ducktales, and those toons anytime soon, but at least they gave them a REAL DVD release, plus they release "unedited" verison of some of their more "un-PC" cartoons though the Walt Disney Treasures line, too bad Song of the South is still kept under lock and key.

But for real "nazis with DVDs" (as you put it) check out the thread I made about the Angry Beavers DVD. Nick is 1000000000x worse than Disney.

Well at least Nick has the made-on-demand titles through Amazon. The classic nicktoons for the most part.

Disney - Everything they took ownership of the Fox Kids programming buyout... wheres Region 1 of that? A LOT of it is Region 2. We cant even get some burn-on-demand avenue? Where the hell is the rest of my season sets for Hannah Montana? Come on, that isnt a cash cow still?! That show is on the way out, time to milk. PLEASE. MMPR in region 1 please? i read on a MMPR forum a guy who worked for disney in the uk. explaining how strict they are with american released content. kinda nazish to me.

Well like I said, it's a shame they're not going to release the rest of the "Disney Afternoon" sets. But now "Create on Demand" is the worse. I would rather have uncomplete ACTUAL releases of Darkwing, than the COMPLETE series DVD set of Rocko's Modern Life or (much as it pains me to say this one) Angry Beavers though "Create on Demand." I do wish they would hurry on the rest of the season sets of the Muppet show, but that's not their fault. Music copyright laws can be a HUGE pain.

As for Power Rangers, Disney doesn't own that one anymore, so you can't blame that on them anymore.

I was unaware the MMPR IP took new ownership. This was two years ago referencing UK disney worker giving reasons why MMPR specifically wasn't region one.

Well I'll agree that during Disney's ownership of Power Rangers, they probably should of done more with it. But yeah, as of now, they don't own them Saban their original owners bought them back from Disney. Which is a surpise as usually when Disney buys something, they don't give it up for nothing. I guess they figure...well we're not doing anything with it anymore...let's sell it back.
