No, a lot of the toys from the first two movies are absent

Bo was sort of minor character, but that didn't make me mis her any less

Has anyone seen the toys for the movie yet?

They've finally started selling the big tub of army men

Yeah, at the Walmart went to recently, the tubs had already been opened

Wouldn't surprise me if some had already been taken

I heard that Annie Potts wanted too much money for it so they just cut Bo Peep off...did they at least have her in it visually not vocally?

Nope, she wasn't in it at all. Except for a brief few seconds Woody mentioned her.

No. Woody mentioned in the movie that the toys that were in the first two movies got sold at yard-sales and things like that, and Bo Peep just happened to have been one of those toys.

I don't know if it's because of a money issue. They did away with a lot of the more "minor characters" in the past Toy Story movies in TS3. Including Weezy, RC, snake, Robot, Trolls, Mr. Speak and Spell and of course Bo Peep. Though Bo is a minor character, I did miss her a bit in the movie, more so cause Woody really missed her. So I doubt it was money issue, they really wanted to drive home the fact that Andy and Molly (Bo is actually Molly's toy, I lot of people think it's Andy's cause he played with her so much) have grown up and don't play with toys anymore, not to mention since they were including so many new toy characters they probably had to cut some of the older ones.

I'm just glad Slinky got to stay even though his original voice actor Jim Variey has passed away some time ago. He's one of my personal favorites, I love that dog, still looking for that Pez of him too.

    Spoiler Alert

Sorry if this has already been mention, but did anyone else notice that little girl Bonnie had a Totoro doll from the Hayao Miyazaki classic "My Neighbor Totoro?" I was bugging out when I say that, I was probably the only person in the theater that knew him though.

I don't think it was a money issue at all. It makes perfect sense that someone in their late teens (like Andy is in this movie) would have sold off or given away most of his toys...but held onto the few that had a lot of sentimental value to him (Woody, Buzz, Rex, Potato Head, Slinky, etc).

This movie was enjoyable. I liked it way better than the second one.
I heard some people in the theater complain that there was a Totoro doll, but they were just hatin'.
