Only shows I remember from Nickleodeon are Double Dare, Salute Your Shorts and You Can't Do That On Television. Only things I liked about Cartoon Network were Sailor Moon, Bugs Bunny cartoons and Toon Heads which had the really old/rare cartoons like the banned Looney Toons.

Better Spongebob than Icarly, True Jackson and all those other "tween" shows that truly are taking over Nick as well as the Disney channel.

Ohhhh, I remember those days alright, back when cartoons required at least a small amount of effort. To me, CN finally died with the end of Ed Edd and Eddy, and not in 2004. Nickelodeon also sucks now, I miss Invader Zim and CatDog.

Of course. My days revolved around You Can't Do That On Television, Mr. Wizard's World, Danger Mouse, ect.

    Old Cartoon Network FTW...

I remember when they had tons of classic cartoons on. Now it's just CGI and retarded comedians.

I don't mean to be mean to the OP, here, but you do understand that the fourm in which you're posting is called "Retrojunk." Therefore it's probably a pretty safe bet a lot of people will remember what Nick and CN use to air.

I have an old videotape of what I think is Cartoon Network. It had Captain Caveman on it and a video special of Tubby The Tuba. There were also a few other cartoons, but I cannot remember them anymore.

I remember in the early 90s when I think they may have had more than one Nick on the air (perhaps Nick West, Nick East, whatever) and they would show flipper, Lassie, Dennis The Menace, etc. It was around the same time Welcome Freshmen was popular.

Well I was born in 1985 so I was a 90's kid so yes I remember both 90's Nick and CN. My favorite shows on CN were Swat KATS and 2 Stupid Dogs and my favorite Nick shows were Doug, Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, Nick Arcade, Wild and Crazy Kids, Double Dare, Kablam!, All That, Nick Arcade, and Legends Of The Hidden Temple.
