Yeah, but that's partly Carl's fault, I must say. The dude NEVER locked his door, Urkel come in and out as he pleased. What kind of cop that lives in chicago never locks his door?

Testify! I was just thinking about her and the other scouts (including outer scouts). Out of all of them, the only ones I would want as friends would be Mercury and Jupiter. They're the only ones that aren't brainless, a bitch, or completely one-dimensional!

I got some more to add, as well:

Kel Kimble-too dumb and destructive. He's like a less-clever version of Urkel.
Alexandra from Josie and the Pussycats-Why was she even there?
Goku-Gee, where will he be away at this week? In space? Convalescing somewhere? Dead?
Bart Simpson-so unscrupulous and rude. He may be a source of fun, but he's still a little prick.
    Lisa Simpson-who needs a condescending know-it-all as a friend?
Eddie and Laura Winslow-they were awfully selfish and conceited, and not just to Urkel.
Anyone of SpongeBob SquarePants-Spongebob is far too dumbed-down for my taste, Patrick has the brain and consideration of a thumbtack, Squidward is too angry, and all the rest aren't worth mentioning.
Sophia Petrillo-Is she wise? Yes. Is she funny? Yes. But for the most part, she's just mean-spirited and annoying. Come to think of it, the only person on the show I could probably tolerate in real life would be Dorothy.

Anyone remember a 70s Hanna Barbera series called Wait 'Till Your Father Gets Home? Well,in that series (which predates The Simpsons almost by 20 years) there was this guy called Ralph Kane who saw Commies everywhere and was incredibly nosy. That feller has always represented to me the Nightmare Neighbor.

Thankfully,I've been lucky (so far) and none of my neighbors have ever given me grief.

Omg he was a ass alwayz sayin stuff about who was taking over . They used to show this on Boomerang!

I recentley watched a few epiodes of Facts of Life on youtube. Jo was as awesome as I remembered, Natalie was funnier than I remembered but on the other hand Tootie was really annoying and worst of all was Blair, so full of herself and one dimensional. There was a funny moment in a clips episode I watched where Mrs. Garrett pretty much called Blair a big skanky slut.

Someone once referred to him as a "Yoko Ono of HB". I can't think of anything better to describe the little SOB.

It's funny, as a kid I loved Scrappy. A few months back I was watching a Scrappy Doo marathon on Boomerang, and I have to agree he was annoying and the episodes all seemed to be worse than the originals.

Agreed I just really hated the way they always treated Charlie Brown. I more read the comic strips and watched the cartoons for Snoopy and Woodstock.

    HIM from the powerpuff girls

Him was too strange even for children's TV

I'd say Chuckie from the Rugrats, he always poons out of situations with the exception of a few episodes but one of those he thought he was dreaming so it doesn't count

I'm trying to figure out which is more obnoxious, his on-screen persona or his real-life personality.

It's funny that you should mention him, Vkimo. I was just thinking about that show, and as funny as it is, I'd hate to have anyone on there as friends. This includes the Eds themselves:

Ed is probably the funniest of all the Eds and would be the one that was easiest to get along with...if not for his terrible hygiene, awful little sister and the fact that he can be a real jerk sometimes, particularly when it comes to his obsession with sci-fi (It Came From Outer Ed, Little Ed Blue, The Day the Ed Stood Still and the Halloween episode, to name a few). Double D reminds me a lot of myself (very neat, loves to learn, neurotic and nerdy), but in no way am I as big as a pussy as he is, and unlike him, I have a healthy balance of intellect and physical strength. As for Eddy, not on my life. I went to school with way too many Eddys in my time, and I'll be happy never to have to deal with THAT again.
