They ruined Speed Racer. The directors went too far with all the colorful CGI eye candy. Couldn't they have used a real setting instead of CGI setting?

In my eyes, there is nothing worse than a comedy that is in no way funny. Even the worst of comedies usually have at least one moment which is worthy of eliciting a chuckle. Of all the films I've seen, only once was I forced to sit through a deliberate comedy that did not even make me smirk or chuckle once -- the horrendous Date Movie.
    I love you, Donna Troy.

No, not with all the stunts and tricks they performed.

I hated, hated, HATED SPEED RACER! It was so bad I actually got up and walked out. I don't know what was the worst aspect of this: the blinding color scheme, the motion-sickness inducing camera work (which really didn't let you see much of the racing action to begin with), or the sub-moronic dialog. John Goodman looked like he was in pain. This movie made TWO OF A KIND look like CITIZEN KANE

I actually like a lot of movies considered to be bad. I really enjoy street fighter, double dragon, mortal kombat, the ernest movies, surf ninjas, 3 ninjas, etc. But everyone hates those movies.

Any film where Ashley Judd gets naked can't be bad!
I can't think of anything worth putting as a signature.

Recently tortured myself into watching the film Fanboys. It's about a couple of Star Wars geeks running around trying to watch Episode I in the Lucas ranch or something. It's only redeeming factors were the sci-fi heroes' cameos and all the little Star Wars references.

I think you're talking about the film "The Colour Purple". The book is an iconic example of the slave culture of the 1800's and considered a classic in most literary circles. It and the film are both incredibly feminist. Needless to say, I hated them both.

1: The Colour Purple stars Whoopie Goldburg.

2: THe movie is hella better then the book in this case. (though I can understand why you don't like either)

3: It was not made in the 1800s. Nor was any movie staring Oprah winfrey or Whoopie Goldburg as they had not been born yet.

5: I soooooo need to get a new job so I am not just sitting around watching movies all day

I thought the movie was just as cheesy as the anime. It was still better than DB: Evolution.

    1) Oprah Winfrey is in it too: she plays Sofia.
    2) Seconded, but both the film and original novel just aren't my cup of coffee.
3)Never said it was. Necro92983 might have though, which means time paradox!
    4)ARGH THERE'S NO FOUR!
    5)Can't help you there.

After a bit more thought I've come up with some more shitty films:
-The Number 23, self-fulfilling prophecy bullshit.
-Wanted. Oh yeah let's ask a carpet who to kill next. Shitheads.
-Dragonball Evolution. It's just too easy to rip on this one, so I'll leave that to someone else.

    The Happening comes to mind.

    Freddy Got Fingered
    The MST3K version of Hamlet
the trailer for the new Nightmare on Elm Street movie
    The Untitled Star Wars Mockumentary
    The Sixth Sense
    The Others
    Minority Report
    Haunting Julia

And The Happening isn't anywhere near the worst movie ever. It was definately the best one that M. Knight Shamalyn (sp?) has ever done.

The Punisher (2004). Not the 1980s' one, the 2004 one. It's the only movie I've ever walked out on. It was just horrible.
