She first was seen in Season 2, as a mental patient who had the ability to impose her will on others. She used it to make the asylum's staff to build some kind of radio tower outside. Later, she hooked up with a doctor who injected himself with promicin to give himself an ability. I think it was later revealed that he was the one who discovered promicin which allowed the future people to empower the 4400. The last time she was on the show, season 3 I think, she had become delusional. Originally, she was from the 1950s or 60s, and her breakdown caused her to take some hostages inside a diner. She used her ability to force the people inside the diner to re-enact a malt shop from her original era, and refused to let anyone leave until her boyfriend showed up. Eventually, the doctor enlisted the help of the NTAC agents to stop her. I loved the first two seasons, but to me the downfall was rapidly aging Richard and Lily's daughter Isabelle then making her a main character. After that, the parents were pretty much shoveled off to the side. By season 4, the precognitive girl Maia was pushed to the side, Tom Baldwin was getting possessed by people from the future. USA took a promising show and in two years ran the idea into the ground. With a fourth season that was barely mentioned by the network, the show disappeared almost as quick as it came. Apparently their new show Psych was more important to them.
