Well tonight is my big graduation. I don't know why but I'm nervous to DEATH. I'm afraid I'll stand up at the wrong time or trip on my gown or sneeze on the stage. Were any of you this nervous about graduation?

I wasn't nervous. I was excited. 12 years of Hell was coming to an end (Little did I know that a month-and-a-half more awaited me in college). There we were, sitting on the stage. My Mom, my brother and a school therapist who took a particular interest in supporting our family were in the audience. We had a commencement speaker who appeared on "Oprah" a few times. His discussion was rather dry, and then the moment finally came. We all accepted our diplomas. I took mine, and kissed the hand of our class valedectorian. After that, my high school career was dead, and I was so happy.

CONGRATULATIONS anyways. One hell ends....while another one is just across the horizon

I remember when we all threw our caps up in the air, we failed to realize how hard it would be to find them quickly, since we're supposed to march out as well. We had all drawn or written our names on them and wanted to keep them as keepsakes but were rushed out. I think I ended up with someone else's lol bummer..

I was excited for my graduation too, it was a rainy day though, but the fact that I no longer had to go to that place was good enough for me

I always went to big schools so I wasn't afraid of sticking out in any way. Although I did do a speech for my 5th grade graduation and we had to sing and stuff. I wasn't too nervous at that age, though.
