Since I wasn't really around in the 90s, can you guys recommend some good 90s TV shows that deal with real life? It's fun to watch these 90s shows because they are a lot better than shows that are on now.

I like shows such as Party of Five, Beverly Hills 90210, Full House, Friends, etc. so shows like these particularly?

    Thanks.

Except the shows, that already have been mentioned, there's "Family Matters". A lot of people complain at it for relying too much on Steve Urkel and his buffoonery and his inventions, making it too much like a cartoon or science fiction. But especially in the early years, it also had a lot of plots about real life issues. And even in the 9th and last season, there are sub-plots, which don't directly involve Steve, which are realistic enough.

Two other great shows from the 90s, which haven't been brought up yet, are "Step by step" and "Sister, sister".

My Mom really liked E.R. in the 90s.

The early seasons of Roseanne (in the early 90s) were also pretty good.

I would also agree about Wonder Years, The X-Files, My So-Called Life (I've only watched it on DVD, though), Seinfeld, Friends, and the Simpsons.
