Mine was a double feature.."The Craft" and "Carrie", saw them at a sleepover and I remember feeling so guilty because I was watching an R-rated movie. Funny thing is my parents didnt even care, but I still felt like I was breaking the law or something.
well if my memory serves me correctly, i was watching r rated movies since i was 4!
i believe my first trip to a rated R movie was "Robocop"..on vhs it was "Nightmare on Elm Street" (cant remember which part, and cant remember which one i saw first, cop or nightmare, but I def know it was one of those two films
I had said that the first R-rated movie I saw was "Caddyshack", back when I was, like, 9 or 10 years old. I forget which. I wrote about it in one of my articles several years back.
Upon rethinking about it, though, I think that it might actually have been "The Rocky Horror Picture Show". That would come up again regularly back in my 12th grade year. I had several fellow students who were "Rocky Horror" fans, and I would talk to them about it on occasion. If I remember correctly, it was also one of the first 10 DVDs I owned.
I think the first R-rated movie I ever saw in the movie theatres may actually be The Matrix Revolutions, the ill-recieved last film in the groundbreaking Matrix trilogy. 6 years ago, I saw that film in the movie theatre instead of Disney's Brother Bear.
