I don't care for it, personally, and that's mainly due to the fact that I'm not a big fan of Puffy (PuffyAmiYumi)'s music, prior to this show, prior to the infamous Teen Titans opening, and prior to their US debut. I think I'm a bit biased towards the show because of their music.
As for a petition to "end it", I personally find that to be pointless. Just because you dislike it, or myself, doesn't mean it should be taken off. If you dislike it, just don't watch it.
It's OKAY, but not the best I've seen. I'd actually rather watch it than the annoying "Codename: Kids Next Door"! The first time I saw, "Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi" I thought it was kind of cute.
I don't like it, I don't watch it, I don't buy Hi Hi Puffy Ami-Yumi merchandise. Maybe I should start to like it though, thats a sure fired way to get it canceled.
I don't really have an opinion on it since I've never seen it. Besides the Teen Titans theme and the song that sang at the parade. I've never heard any other songs by them. I'm not really a fan of the J-POP.
Wanna know what I heard? This show is planned to stay for 26 episodes. Just be lucky it's almost out of production. Or I hope it goes outta produstion.
Well anyway, I liked this show a year ago. As 2005 came and went, by the middle of the year, it just started getting annoying and I stopped watching it. One year later, I just can't stand it today like I did a year ago. Just be lucky it's almost over.
Edit: well, according to tv.com it's already out of production but Cartoon Network is still showing reruns anyway.
The show is quite annoying. But what's even worse that the only way anyone even knows of puffy amiyumi in the us is that its a crappy cartoon series....not knowing the fact that they truly are one of the hugest japanese duos ever.

Opposite for me, I knew of them prior to their US debut and this toon and the Teen Titans opening...and I didn't care for their music then. ^^
I only watch it when I'm half asleep waiting for X-men to be on
