Sitting around as a 20 or 30 year old complaining about a child's network is sort of like going to Six Flags and bitching because you can't get on the fucking kiddie swings.

    You speak the truth, velcrohead.

Want tributes to older nick shows make one with windows movie maker or some other program. and make your own.

Seriously you need them for it to be a anniversary.

As long as there is torrent sites, they will be around for future generations, so change the channel to something else, We have like over 1,000 channels to choose from. Watch some law and Order thats a good ass show. SVU is the best in my opinion.

If Nickelodeon is not going to celebrate its 30th anniversary, maybe one of its sister channels can do the job for Nick like The N or TV Land. I've created a thread on TV Land's messageboards regarding the request for Nick's big 3-0.

If any of you wish to vote in my thread there, you must be a member of TV Land's forums.

Dude, this is RetroJunk. Can you dig it?

Yes, I dig it. And there are some people here who are here just for the nostalgia. And that's fine. But there is also a group here that appear to have stalled developmentally around 12 or 13 years old.

I don't know about you, but I find it disturbing that there are 30 year olds still glued to Nick and Disney, such that they're actually railing against the fact that they can't turn it on and see their shows that haven't been on-air for 15-20 years now. These people scare the shit out of me. (I won't even get into the ones that are obvious retards and/or want to fuck dinosaurs.)

Seriously...we're supposed to be growing up. Looking back is fine from time to time, but the subject of this thread isn't really about looking back. It is about Nickelodeon not showing our favorite shows TODAY. Something's wrong with that.
