    I know that the first Star War is from the 70's it was cheaper to buy the set then one that a time Mezase Master .

    Individually, though, you can get the original versions, which kick the asses of the CGI-induced re-releases so much.

    I only own Top Gun and E.T. on VHS format. Some of my movie collections were either lost or not returned by my friends who borrowed in to me

    The 80s was a good era for horror movies. Some of the best, include: "Friday the 13th", "Poltergeist", "A Nightmare on Elm Street", "Hellraiser", and "Child's Play". Of course, it was also the best era for action/sci-fi films, including: "Raiders of the Lost Ark", "The Empire Strikes Back", "The Terminator", and "Die Hard".

    Why don't I see Videodrome on anyone's list? I would argue that with the advent of the World Wide Web Videodrome is even more prophetic today than when it was created.
