Thread: The scariest Movie you have ever seen

The only movies that have ever scared me were.

    The Shining, and It(only Pennywise).

The Shining always messed with me because I overanalyze everything, so I would play it if I were in the hotel, that place is so big there could be people in there that you might not see but could see you. Even if you checked every room the place is so big eventually you'll miss something or something can move into a room you've checked. I could go on but I won't.

After I first saw it I went up to my parents and said, "If you ever start acting like Jack Nicholson in this movie, I will kill you." haha I mean it.

There was a movie from the mid 70's called "burnt offerings" with Karen Black. Scared the heck out of me.

Alien. The only movie that actually scared me properly.

lol the large marge scene STILL freaks me out, but I think her REAL face and her cackle are scarier than the googly eye ghost face. You know, I had a ghostbusters toy of an hold lady that you squeezed her stomach or arms and her face would look a bit like that.

Officially, the movie that I'd consider scary is any of the Saw movies.

I've heard a lot of people say the saw movies are scary, can someone tell me why? Gory I get, but scary I just don't understand.
