Were there any video games that you beat in less than a week?

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards! (Spent sixty dollars on a game that I've beat in five days. Mom was pissed.)
Wario World! (Had to. It was a rental. Luckilly, it was short enough that renting had to be the only option)

Most recently Tomb Raider: Legend, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Halo 3 and Super Mario Galaxy. Back in the day I beat a lot of games in less than a week because you had to beat most of them in one sitting. Fortunately I was younger then so I had a lot of time to waste.

Trip World. This platforming game is so sick, it only has five levels and I beat it in around 10 minutes. Did anyone know that the main character Yacopu later appeared in Galaxy Fight, while his song played in Galaxy Fight is an arranged version of the song played in the 2nd to last fight in Trip World?

I used to rent a bunch of games, so beating them in a week was a luxury, I had 3 days before it went back to the store. Most games back then (NES, SNES, even N64) took a long time to beat, or were hard enough that it took lots of tries to do it.

Its the recent games that have more development for graphics than they do for gameplay that get beat quickly. Some of my accomplishments in less than a week:

Halo 2, Halo 3, Shadow of the Colossus, Half-Life, Half-Life 2, Portal, Hitman 2, Shenmue, Fable, Mariokart DS, Worms: Open Warfare 2, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault...minesweeper?

The most recent one was Portal, I loved that game. It lets you go back and try to get best scores or fast times, but the main game is pretty short and lots of fun.

There are a lot of games that can't really be beaten, like fighting or sports games or games that you just get a high score.

I beat the first level of Doom in less than a week. I can't get past the giant with the rocket launcher in the second episode, though.

Yes it does. Strangely enough that was the first Virtual Console game that i downloaded and
beat a few years ago. On professional i did beat the game pretty quickly but it may have been slightly over a week i cant remember.
