So I went to the doctor today and I was shocked to find out that I'm not gaining weight to her satisfaction. So I ate like a pig!!

    Breakfast:
-Sausage egg and cheese croissant and hash browns from Burger King
    -Orange juice

    Lunch:
-A strange glucose drink that I was required to drink to take a diabetes test at the doctor...tasted a bit like orange cough syrup.
-A smorgasbord of food from Golden Corral--meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, green beans, corn, garlic bread, mac and cheese....dessert was a Rice Krispy Treat and a handful of candy.
    -A Sierra Mist

    Dinner/Evening snackaroo:
-A bag of Vitner's Sizzlin' Hot Crunchy Cheese Flavored Kurls
    -A handful of candy corn
-A tall glass of ice water

This is the most I've eaten in a very long while. I feel like I'm about to burst!!
    Cookie!!! OM NOM NOM!

I am surprised we are not all diabetic, rolling around in rascals up and down the isles of walmart. I am not any better. Omlette with cheese an peperocini (vinegar drizzled on top), Tacos with homemade salsa, for dinner went to an African resturant. I swear if I can just get in 2 fruits or vegetables a day, I feel pretty good.

LOL! I was just thinking the same thing, how myself included, looking at some of these menus and the junk we all eat, were all a bit hypocritical when we say how we wonder why kids these days are so fat and talk about all the junk they eat.

-A bowl of Kix, string cheese
-a Turkey and cheese sandwich, chips, pudding, some more string cheese
-a Fruit Roll-Up since my blood sugar was low
-some sunflower seeds, a couple of Slim Jims, some celery with Ranch dip
-2 pieces of pizza, a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and strawberry jello with some Cool-Whip on it.

In case you can't tell, I get very hungry sometimes. ops: And no, IT WAS NOT ALL EATEN IN ONE SITTING!

About an hour ago, I ate a salad that I threw together. It had arugula and baby spinach in it instead of lettuce (I hate lettuce), and I put carrots, dried cranberries, and almonds on it and just used some oil and vinegar for the dressing. After that I had some vanilla Breyer's. Not sure what I'm gonna do for dinner though.
