I really enjoyed "Dynamite Headdy" on the Sega Genesis.
I don't know if Dynamite Headdy counts, because it was developed by Treasure and was featured in Gunstar Heroes: Treasure Box Collection, which most likely means that Dynamite Headdy and Gunstar Heroes belong to Treasure. And I guess Guardian Heroes also belongs to Treasure. Not every game developed by Treasure belongs to them, Sin and Punishment belongs to Nintendo. Even though, Nintendo published it, Saki Amamiya, the protagonist of the game, appeared in SSBB as an Assist Trophy, which reveals that Nintendo owns Sin and Punishment.
