Hi my name is Ricky iam 28 year and iam new to this retro junk website. Do you still feel like your still a kid at heart and Full of magical and wonderment? I still feel like idk that i cant let go out my childlike or childhood past i mean childhood is the best part of you life. As you get older most people lose that magical thinking and wonderment . That why i love coming here and looking up stuff from the past because life has change so much in the last 18 years..do you all think so? I do ..its not that i dont want to let go of the past its who iam. You know most cartoons and tvshows are not like they use too...that magic is gone i think...i think some are great shows. Like i said iam 28 going on 29 this weekend and to me the best shows and cartoons or anything on tv and life for me was late 80s and early 90s and a bit of mid of 90s too..after 2001 the world change alot...

Agreed, you guys! TV, music, toys/novelties of my youth still have a special place in my heart. I'm 24, so I'm gettin' up there haha...I'm still a kid at heart--I play video games, watch my old favorite cartoons and sitcoms, and yes, I can't help but smile whenever I walk into a Baskin Robbins! You gotta have special moments like that in your life to make you forget just how much being an adult sucks the fun out of life!

I'm 18 I was a kid not too long ago. I still feel like I'm a kid at heart. I still like watching cartoons, I perfer them over today's shitty sitcoms. Sometimes I still playfight with my younger cousin. There really is no difference in my mentality since I was a child. None that I can remember. I find it amazing that I made it this far in life and that I'm much taller than the kids I see playing outside. I find it surprising that kids talk to me like an adult and not a kid.

ya have you notice when your alone or at a store like walmart or kmart or anywhere where toys are sold..you cant help it going to that section and checking out the new toys or what kool to look at? I notice kids and many adults go alone and pick up a toy and look at them. See its that childlike or kid in u that is still in you. Most adults dont have that childlike or magical wonderment like i do or like most people like us.

Yeah, I still feel like one. In fact, most of the guys on my dad's side of the family still feel like kids. And I still have all of my old marvel/dc action figures, so I'll have a good excuse to play with toys again whenever I have a kid.

I still have urges to play with legos. I also kept some of my childhood toys. Maybe one day when I have kids we'll be able to play with these toys again. Also I think my father also still feels like a kid inside. If there isn't anything on the news that interests him he always puts it on Boomerang, the Simpsons or South Park. Also certain toys interest him. He also likes to see the new kid movies coming out, even though I don't like them he does.
