    This is without stopping now.

    To be specific:

    Hands shoulder width apart
Nose touching the floor each time
    No bouncing up and down
On your toes, not your knees
    Back straight

If you are unsure, drop the the ground and try your best, then tell me the results.

You sound like you are in very good shape.

Its amazing how your body can only take a nice round number like 100 push-ups before it tires. That must have taken a lot of training.

    That's really pathetic Nick, j/k.

I remember when I went through this stage as a kid where I got so lazy I couldn't even to one push up. I got picked on bad during PE because of how weak I was. After I got into boxing and then martal arts I got into shape. I think my dad got tired of me being a whimp. I use to be able to do 75 in HS, now I can do 35 none stop. Of couse I'll be out of breath for 5 minutes after I'm done. I really need to stop smoking, anyone want to quit with me?

I can't do any either. I can't do them the reg way nor can I do them when on my knees. I'm going to go with the assumption for this due to the fact that I'm a girl, even though, when I was younger (12 and so), I used to do pushups (knee way) on my knuckles as a challenge all throughout gym that year.

I could never do pull ups. I guess I have no upper arm strength what-so-ever. lol

At first I thought, "Hell no I'm not going to do push ups because the puppet master wants to know how many I can do." Then I thought, "Hell, I wonder myself how many I can do now, since I'm so out of shape compared to highschool." So yes, I did some. I completed 162 before my shoulder felt like it was going to tear out of socket. Don't bother asking about pull ups. I could never do more than 2.

Usually 50 all in one go, I never use knees. I workout a lot, and do push ups every other day on my own at home, and also in class(TKD, Muay Thai kickboxing). Depends on the type of push ups too, regular its 50, diamonds probebly 30, wide push ups probebly 40ish.

I remember during a gym test I did about 36 push-ups in a minute....Oh, wait, those were sit-ups, lol. I don't really know how many push ups I can do, but I reckon it's not many.
