Yeah, I think turkey bacon only has like 1.5 grams of fat per slice. That's what the Army feeds the troops on a constant basis.

When it comes to bacon, screw healthy. There are some things I will try to eat the healthier version of. Bacon is not one of them. Bacon is like crack to me.....I don't care if it is going to kill me. I'll die with a fat belly, a clogged heart, and a smile on my face.

I hate turkey bacon, or jerky turkey, or whatever it is called.. I also hate that "pre-cooked" bacon..BUT REAL bacon is lovely...MMMMMM! I also like it(don't gag now!) ..RAW!(i guess it is actually smoked) If I take off most of the fat part the rest is heavenly...

I've had turkey bacon, and I thought it was OK. It tasted OK, just not as moist as your fattier pork bacon. As for Canadian bacon being healthier, I don't know. That's kind of like apples and oranges, while it is essentially baked ham, it is pretty greasy, so I don't know the +/- as far as health is concerned. All I know is that it's nothing like bacon so I can't see what it has to do with the American version of breakfast bacon.

Im weird, I like my bacon dry and crispy, so I don't care if its moist. I always dab the bacon with a paper towel to get all the grease off, blech.
