I call those bands "pop-rock" myself, and yes, I do love their music. I say that without any irony or mockery. I truly enjoy their music. It's relaxing and it makes me feel good, not to mention that at karaoke I really knock 'em dead with my version of Guns 'N' Roses "Welcome To The Jungle".

I enjoy some of them myself. Bon Jovi, Guns N Roses, Poison, White Snake.

They even had #1 hits on the charts.

Of course, GNR, Poison, Bon Jovi, Skid Row, Faster Pussycat, LA Guns. I still listen to them all.

    No.

Is it weird that I find this to be the most amusing response so far?

There was no need to explain my answer.

I feel that looking at and listening to hair metal gives you it's own answer to the question as to whether you should like it or not.

    No.

    I thought we were soulmates.
    You broke my heart mister.

    Broke.

    MY.

Hair metal is about as entertaining as picking cockcheese off a bell end.

    No, no, no.

It's for people who can't handle Morbid Angel, Deicide, Napalm Death, etc, but still feel the need to attach themselves to something threatening.

Although, hair metal is about as threatening as a fucking Care Bear.

Ah, I love it for the sex lyrics, men in tight pants, big hair, men who can give make up tips, and of course for the cockcheeeeeeese!

I didn't know any one thought hair metal was threatening in any way. I didn't think it was meant to be.

Never cared for it, myself. I like G'n'R, but that's about it.
