    Vampire's Kiss is very good, it's a dark horror comedy in the style of "American Psycho" and "The Lost Boys" with Nicolas Cage before he won any awards.

    i think nosferatu should been first since it was the first vampire movie before dracula, made in germany on ww2 .

    I've seen several people say Salem's Lot, and I agree it's very good. I'm assuming since this is a retro site most people prefer the original to the re-make mini-series from several years ago. I actually preferred the new one. Great cast with Rob Lowe, Donald Sutherland, Rutger Hauer, and James Cromwell. I thought it was scarier than the original too.

    Well how about "Vamp" with Grace Jones, "The Hunger" with David Bowie, "Monster Squad" or "Lifeforce"?
