Does anyone remember Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips chain? I never went there, but I would like to try their fish. Is it any good?

They had one at my mall in the food court. If I recall they were pretty numerous in malls but also had some standalones.

Arthur Teacher's was supposedly better than Long John Silvers for fast food fish. I never tried it but my grandmother used to go there a lot and liked it.

Since the one at my mall closed I've become quite the fish eater (I could eat fish every day of the week) and would love to try one if there's still any around. I'm guessing they're more numerous in the New England area.

I feel like kicking myself in the ass for not having to get more than the chips at this place when they had a location at Franklin Park here in Toledo. There's still a lot of locations in the state, but most seem to be in the central and northeastern sections.

I hate that place with a passion!!!!!....just a bad childhood memory. It's probably just one one in my neighborhood, but it was just aweful!!!!
