I'm just giving you a hard time I actually admire people who listen to music not normally heard by the majoroty of the people.
    Well I thank you. ^_^

And just so you know...this is the culprit which got me into Asian culture in general. This is my first time seeing this again, though, since I originally saw it on VH-1 (when it used to be good) back in 1986...

I was mesmerized by the dancer and just found the whole concept cool and interesting. And I loved the music to the song. I was only 4 or 5 at the time I originally saw this, too. I've been hooked since. lol Dad knew the group's music too.

hey, don't laugh - I still buy records, man. Most of my noisy music still comes pressed on a nice 7" slab of vinyl.

    Crom laughs at your mp3's!

Supporting the artists, if possible, is always a nice thing to do, especially if you're a big fan or something. Although, it does suck if one doesn't have the money for it, since they do tend to be expensive.

I like having physical CDs with the artwork and highest-possible sound quality. There IS noticeable loss of frequency in digital format.

BoxedMike: That's a big collection you got there. If you lived close to me, we'd hang out and have CD burning parties. I used to have that many CD's, mostly metal, industrial and experimental punk, but I sold a lot of them for drugs (stupid! stupid! stupid!)

Yeah, I love my eclectic collection. Only 25 to go til I hit 400 CDs. If anyone can recommend another good Slayer album that I don't have, please do.

It's pretty funny when I rotate my CDs for the car/home; Slayer followed by Morrissey followed by De La Soul followed by Bad Religion followed by The Roots...
    curb your enthusiasm.

I am huge into music and I have a lot of different formats. I'm on my second mp3 player right now, I'm still uploading to it. It's an 8 GB and is half full now and has 500 songs on it.

    I have about 200 cds and 250 records. I also have around 20 45's, 20 tapes and 6 8-track carts.

I have a big Who collection with some rare stuff in it and some pretty rare vinyl albums like an original Frank Zappa Freak Out, Amon Duul II Tanz Der Leminge, the Stones' Satanic Majesties' with the 3D cover, a bunch of original pressing Who albums including a UK only compilation of John Entwistle's songs, a mono Yardbirds best of from 1967,a UK only charity album that has a different version of the Beatles' Across the Universe on it and an Italian reissue of Black Sabbath's first album on clear vinyl.

Shaunbadia: I like your taste in classics like ACDC, Motorhead and the greatest Metallica album of them all, "Kill 'em All". I don't really think I could get into your Simpson CD's however, but that's just me.

Thanks much. I got those Simpson cd's in a pack. There not that good. Mainly bits from episodes. Although there is 2 great orignal, Not taken from an episode tracks:
The ten commandments of Bart (Bart)
    24 hours a day (Apu).

I might just listen to those 2 tracks now.

Yeah, I love my eclectic collection. Only 25 to go til I hit 400 CDs. If anyone can recommend another good Slayer album that I don't have, please do.

Yeah! How about their first album Show No Mercy (I think that was their first) that album f*ckin' ripped!
    Dude!
You don't have South of Heaven either? That album is a classic, it's a must have for any Slayer fan.
