Thread: Trying to remember a 90s cartoon

    Hi,

I'm pretty sure that this was shown in the early 90s, maybe late 80s but more likely 90s.

It was set in space and though I can't think of what the other characters looked like, I'm sure they were all animals. The main character was a white rabbit and I recall thinking that he was incredibly cool!

It was shown on either the BBC or ITV.

I know this is all really vague, but the only other thing I remember is getting really upset when my mom didn't send off for the action figure of the main character with a cereal box coupon!

Does anybody remember the name of this cartoon?

Try checking http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_anthropomorphic_animal_superheroes, and see if any of the names ring a bell. Usagi Yojimbo was the only white rabbit I could find, but it was set in Japan and was only a comic (minus appearances in the TMNT cartoon)

It suprised me how many rabbit cartoons were made. The only one I could think of was Bucky O'Hare, but he was green.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks for the link. Had a look through but can't find it there.

Brought back some memories looking through though.

Just had a look at Bucky O'Hare on YouTube and I reckon it was him after all.

I must have subconsciously changed Bucky from being green as it would be more acceptable in my mind to fancy a white rabbit over the morally unacceptable green cartoon bunny. Hmmm.

    Thanks guys!
