I always loved that Watchamacallit candy bar commerical with all the little animations and the catchy song. I was so happy when it finally got posted in the commercials section of this website!

Man, I forgot about the Ziploc finger guy! But I do remember Pizza Head, and of course the Little Ceasars guy.

I also remember a "Stop Look Listen Live" PSA in which someone was crossing the road while kicking a soda can up and down as if it were a soccer ball. There was even soccer style commentary!

I like the long version of the Crossfire (Board game) commercial. It was so cool just seeing those early 90's effects that looked good at the time. The music rocked too.

So did I! When I got the game I really didn't play it, though... it confused me. I think we still have it...

Omg, I think I know what you're talking about!! Daaaamn...

Okay I just remembered. My step-pops is U.S. Navy so we live overseas and there is a cable network for people in the military living overseas so they can watch American tv. I don't think they update a lot of the PSA's, because they have the "BE COOL ABOUT FIIIIIIIIIIIIRE SAFETY" commercials (which anyone can recognize as being COMPLETELY 90's.. due to the music alone) and this one commercial which I immediately recognized as a kid; a cartoon skit of a couple of bumble bees playing basketball and then 'these drugged up bugs came from behind the wall, they said, "You're no good! We're the best in this neighborhood!". and then "there's the buzzer, time to quit. Home Beez 100, Drug Bugs zip!"

Drug freeeeee is the way to beeeeeee.

They play the bug one in particular a lot. It's the only reason why I'll watch the network from time to time... otherwise it's pain in the ass. We don't get new shows until a year a later... like we just got New Adventures of Old Christine.. the hell? Even the Italian network gets programs faster and they have to actually subtitle the show or dub it

Three TV commercials I really loved.... and am about the only one who remembers them. >_<

1- Putterman commercial. It was the one where they went to a cabin. Still can remember just about how it goes:
Father: Ah the great outdoors! *power goes out*
    Son: Ah, the totall darkness...
Father: Where are those darn flashlights? *sounds of bumping around while searching for them*
Father: Ah here we go! *turns on flashlight*
Son: Hey, where's mine? *Bear turns on flashlight*
    Bear: Hmm?
    Family: Hmm? AHHHHHHHHHH!!!
    Bear: AHHHHHHH!

2- Old Fruit Loops commercail. It was the one with the Fruit Bat.

Fruit Bat: Look into my eyes! You will take me to Kellog's Fruit Loops!
Toucan Sam: Don't use your eyes! Just follow your nose to find that Fruitifull taste!
    Fruit Bat: Gimmie Those!

3- and my most favorite series of commercails.

Jello made a cartoon mascot called "Jello Man" His body was made of the parts of the word "Jello" The Legs were the L's, the body and arms was the E, and the head was the O. Later he got whiped cream hair. The J actually became a side kick to him. Becomming the Jello Dog.

I loved it when someone would take the Jello causing Jello Man to appear. He'd yell his catch phrase: "Hey man! Put back that snack! It's JELLO MAN!"

There were only like 3 or four commercails made with him, but I absolutly loved him! So much that I drew my own comic book series of him.

Ah, what I wouldn't give to see any of these again.

There was a commercial about baseball from the early 90s that had a song in it. A few lyrics I think I remember were "We're ballplayers and we're okay" and the owners saying something about "we'll ship your butts to double A." Does anyone remember this?

I agree that they should bring the Cool Spot back to 7-UP, and I still even have that Sega Genesis game too.
