Notice how they say Pepsi is clean. Does that mean they put sewer water in Coke? ;)

it wasn't until 1965 that all three networks began broadcasting in color. CBS being the hold out if you can believe that. And then color television saturation didn't reach it's peek until the early 1970's. But yeah - PepsiCola still to damn sweet for me.

Yep. It's just like HDTV today. It's a lot better compared normal television sets, but is very expensive. Perhaps, five to ten years from now, the price will drop down (as it eventually did with color televisions a long time ago). Anyway, this was a neat commercial.

Color television was expensive back then and wasn't used regularly until the lates 1960s to early 1970s.

Why is this in black and white? Wasn't color film invented back in the 40s.

This commercial must have been in somewhere from 1961 through 1966, cos that's when they had the Flying Saucers ride. Pepsi tastes like dirt! How can you say it's clean?
