I am a huge Star Wars fan. And as a kid I loved the Prequels, especially The Phantom Menace. It was the first Star Wars movie I ever saw in theaters and I loved it. As I got older, I started to see the flaws in the film and liked it less and less, but I still enjoy it as part of the Star Wars saga. I do, however consider it to be the weakest of the Prequels.

I know there are a lot of people who do not like Prequels--but this is not what the article is about. This article is about all the action figures and toys I had based on the Star Wars Episodes I: The Phantom Menace.

I owned A LOT of merchandise from the Prequels, so I decided to break it up into three parts discussing merchandise I own of each film. This is Part 1 of my article.

Action Figures That I Have:

Qui-Gon Jinn:

Obi-Wan Kenobi:

Darth Maul:

As a kid, I use to make up lightsaber duels with Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan, and Darth Maul.

I also had the Theed Generator Complex playset where I could reenact the lightsaber the big lightsaber duel between the three at the end of Episode I:

Other Characters That I Owned:

Anakin Skywalker:

Jar-Jar Binks:

C-3PO:

Watto:

Rugor Nass:

Queen Amidala:

R2-D2:

2 Battle Droids:

I nearly had all the characters from the Phantom Menace!

I had Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan, Darth Maul, Anakin Skywalker, Jar-Jar Binks, C-3PO, Watto, Rugor Nass, Queen Amidala, R2-D2, and 2 Battle Droids!

Each action figure also came with a Comm Tech chip that could be used to make the characters talk. To do that, you had to have the Comm Tech reader, which I have:

It was cool to have because you could take a chip and scan it to the reader, and the character say a line from the movie. I loved playing with it when I was a kid.

I loved playing with these action figures as a kid! I still have them! I am sure they are vary valuable now, but I will definitely not sell them, as they were my childhood, and I want to keep them for collectors items.

Well, that is all merchandise I own for Episode I and that concludes Part 1, guys! Please leave me your thoughts on the article. I'll be sure to do Part-Two of the article soon where I will discuss the merchandise I own for Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones!
