To be dead honest, I think modern-day TV sucks. It's all "reality" TV shows, with very little programming that is new, engaging, and interesting. It is for that reason that the majority of my TV viewing is confined to PBS, The History Channel, The Discovery Channel, and A&E. Every time I see some new smash hit I hope it'll break Reality TV's decade-long stranglehold on our TV sets... no such luck. :(
I was born in 1985, but despite that, some of my favorite logos, bumpers, and adverts are from before I was born. Despite that, I am glad I actually remember a good deal of stuff on here. :)
Outside of retro television, I'm also a big fan of console emulation (another very retro thing) and a big fan of the Unreal series of first-person shooter games. |
