You're right about NOES 2:Freddy's Revenge. I mean what's the deal with Jessie's Coach dressed up in a leather outfit at the bar? Then he gets tied up and killed in this bizarre nod to S&M and bondage. Yeah it's too odd, much more than the plot to The Dream Child which is just plain stupid as well. The only reason to see Freddy's Revenge is to check out Jessie's "girlfriend" played by a pre-teen red-headed Meryl Streep clone. Even then it's not worth checking out or even watching a second time. The subtitle is also confusing how exactly is Freddy getting revenge? If he would want revenge shouldn't it be against Nancy from the first movie? It makes no sense and is utterly horrible, as you already know...
