The Dreamstone Season 1 Episode 2
Episode Title: Into Viltheed
Episode Plot
Continues from The Dreamstone.
Rufus meets Pildit the Eighth; the leader of the forest foke called Wuts, and he offers to help Rufus.
Soon everyone in the Land of Dreams gets a rude awakening by Zordrak's Argorribles, and soon Rufus and Pildit were on their way to Viltheed on flying leafs as they travel through the Mist of Limbo.
Meanwhile Zordrak sees them coming and sends the Urpneys to intercept and destroy them with Urpgor's latest weapon, the Egg of Death, but they failed, so Zordrak caused an avalanche of rocks which buries Rufus and Pildit, soon all of the Urpneys celebrated (apart from Blob, Frizz and Nug who were trapped on the other side of the avalanche caused by Zordrak).
Rufus manages to dig himself up, but fears the worst for poor Pildit. Angry he marches inside the Black Mountain of Viltheed, making sure he wasen't seen by anyone.
He soon finds Amberley in stone and soon begins to worry about her. One of Rufus' teardrops lands on the Amberley statue and she slowly is restored to normal. Amberley tells Rufus where the Dreamstone is and they both go to the Pit of No Return to retreve it.
Using some Urpney statues to distract the scorpion creatures called Frazznats who live in the pit, Rufus dives in and retreves the Dreamstone, but they are soon discovered by Zordrak (thanks to Rufus yelling in triumph that they have the Dreamstone).
The Dreamstone protects them from Zordrak's thunderblast and his argorribles and it soon makes Zordrak fall into the Argorrible pit.
Rufus and Amberley make their escape and find out that Pildit is OK and they al escape on his flying leaf back to the Land of Dreams, where Rufus admits that he's a reformed Noop and will never allow the stone to be stolen again.
Meanwhile Blob, Frizz and Nug arrive too late to warn Zordrak, and he vows to the Dreammaker that someday he will have the Dreamstone.
(note: Both The Dreamstone and Into Viltheed were shown together on their first broadcasts respectevly and it was just knows as 'The Opening Special', it was the first full 40 minute animated broadcast ever on CITV.)
