Episode Plot
Fawlty Towers is in need of some repairing and Basil, who is desperate to save money, wants the cheapest builder in Torquay, O'Reilly. Sybil is strongly against this, wanting a professional builder. But when she goes to visit her friend Audrey, O'Reilly turns up and gets to work. Unfortunately, the doors to the dining room have now gone and the kitchen door is now the door to the upstairs. Sybil returns and is furious, hitting Basil and O'Reilly with an umbrella. She leaves to get a professional, but Basil decides to embarras her by putting things right. His plan works, until the professional builder says that the structure is too weak.
