Episode Title: Episode 629
Episode Plot
A teen falls from a 200 foot cliff when he and his friend attempt to push a log over and it catches his coat sleeve.
A teenage scuba diver becomes disoriented by the cold in a rock quarry, loses her breating aparatus, and drowns. When she is rapidly brought to the surface, she also suffers a case of the bends.
A semi truck tries to pass under a low bridge, causing its container to fall on an occupied car. The driver is knocked unconcious with his foot still on the gas pedal. His wife must steer the car from the passenger seat until two good samaritans stop the car by boxing them in with their cars and gradually slowing down.
A man calls the local animal control agency for help when his pet iguana climbs a tree and refuses to come down. As they try to get it out of the tree, it falls into the swimming pool and drowns. The animal control officer dives in and performs CPR on the iguana.
