Episode Plot
After an armed mugger leads police on a high-speed chase, his van breaks down and he flees on foot. He shoots a police dog in his attempt to escape, but police take him into custody. The police helicopter flies the wounded dog to the vet.
After a big storm, a man is cutting the downed trees in his yard into smaller sections so they can be hauled away. Unaware that his grandsons are playing behind the base of one of the trees, he saws a section near base which cases the stump to turn upright and pin one the boys, covering him under dirt and roots.
