Episode Title: DR. PELAGIAN'S WAR
Episode Plot
When Wendy and Marvin witness a talking Albatoss delivering an ecological warning, the Super Friends learn about Dr. Pelagian, a fanatic who is crusading against pollution of the seas, and that he is targeting three holdout industrialist who refuse to change the way they conduct their businesses. First, our heroes try to reason with Luther Fenwick, Agatha Caroway, and J. Mortimer Hutchinson. When that fails, they try to find Dr. Pelagian. As luck would have it, Wendy and Marvin wind up meeting him and end up aboard his automated submarine, where they learn of his love for the sea it's inhabitants. Dr. Pelagian is really Prof. Hillbrandt, who faked his death and took to the seawhere he has invented technology that allows him to communicate with sea creatures and control the sea, like making tidal waves and pulling them back.
