Episode Plot
It's Tommy Pickle's first birthday, and his parents Didi and Stu are throwing him a birthday party. Everyone's attending: Their neighbors Betty and Howard Deville, the friend Chaz Finster, Stu's brother Drew, Didi's parents Boris and Minka... and of course all of Tommy's friends. When the babies become convinced that they can turn into dogs by eating dog food, Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Li, and Angelical hatch a plan to get themselves a can of dog food using Tommy's new flying, flashing Hoverama!
