Episode Plot
Taurus Bulba is resurrected by F.O.W.L. and turned into a cyborg who is capable of destroying entire armies. F.O.W.L. wants to use Bulba in their schemes but Bulba is only interested in getting revenge on Darkwing. To make matters worse, Darkwing himself is confined to a wheel-chair, will he be able to defeat the new and improved Bulba in that condition?
